A plan built for one will not fit the other, so we start by learning your building, not just your suite.
The crew pulls every trash and recycling bin and relines it. Restrooms are scrubbed and disinfected, toilets and urinals included, and soap, towels, and tissue are refilled. Cleared desks, counters, phones, and handles are wiped. The break room sink, tables, and fridge front get cleaned. Carpet is vacuumed and hard floors mopped, and front door glass is the last stop on the way out.
From November to March, road salt is part of daily life. It rides in on boots, leaves white streaks on tile, and wears down carpet near the doors. We step up mopping at entrances, care for walk off mats, and vacuum the first stretch of carpet more often in winter. In spring, we can add a deeper floor clean to undo the season's damage.
